The Light Switch is Your Friend is a point and click escape room game in which you turn the lights on and off to help uncover clues and solve puzzles. Can you find all the keys to escape this 16-bit room you're trapped in? Or will you fold like the others.  

Hints for those that need assistance below.

1. The vent cover seems quite loose, maybe a few twists of the screws could pop it off?

2. The left side of the book is a brail alphabet translator, maybe it could be used to read the hint on the chest's combination lock..?

3. The painting's various circles, dots, and crosses scattered around its face may prove to be useful for a code.

4. There and numbers hidden around that correspond to certain screw orientations... perhaps they could be used for some screw twisting of your own.

5. This isn't a hint I just thought listing 5 things felt better than four :/
